Nik Hancock has spent over a decade coaching athletes at every level from Olympians and Ironman competitors to triathletes and busy working professionals. Along the way, he’s helped countless people transform their bodies, improve their performance, and achieve goals they never thought possible.
Before coaching full-time, Nik worked as a corporate lawyer and like many professionals, he got caught up in long hours, stress, and neglecting his health. Experiencing that firsthand showed him just how easy it is to let fitness and wellbeing slide.
That experience sparked a mission: to help busy professionals and high achievers build strong, athletic bodies without sacrificing their careers or lifestyle.
