Nik Hancock

Nik has spent over a decade coaching athletes at every level, from Olympians and Ironman competitors to triathletes and busy working professionals, helping them transform their bodies, improve performance, and hit goals they didn't think were still on the table.

Before coaching full-time, Nik worked as a corporate lawyer. Like many professionals, he got caught in long hours, stress, and sliding fitness. He experienced firsthand how easily the athlete identity disappears under a career.

That experience became the mission: helping busy professionals and high achievers rebuild strong, athletic bodies without sacrificing their careers. Practical, science-backed, and built around real life.
